Cottage Cheese Dill Bread

1 cup unbleached white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
6 Tbs. milk
1 Tbs. honey
4 Tbs. melted butter
2 Tbs. fresh dill weed ~ finely minced
[I have used 2 tsp. dried when I could not get fresh dill]

Sift together all the dry ingredients.
Mix together all the wet ingredients in another
bowl and add the fresh dill to this.
Add the dry ingredients by spoonfuls to the wet,
and gently stir to combine. The mixture will be
very stiff.
Put batter into a greased bread loaf pan.
Bake it at 350 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes.
