Garlic Spinach

Garlic Spinach

1 1/2 lbs spinach

2 Tbs. olive oil

garlic {to taste}

juice 1/2 lemon

salt and pepper{to taste}

Puree garlic and olive oil in food processor. Heat this mixture in large skillet over low heat. Add spinach and cook until just wilted{about 5 min}

Remove from heat, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss well
