Green Quesedillas


1 bunch of leaf greens, your choice (chard, kale, spinach, beet greens, are all good!)

1/2-1 cup grated cheese, your choice

2-3 tortilla shells

1-2 cloves garlic



Saute greens in a little oil or butter with garlic until wilted. Heat tortillas in a separate pan. Add cheese and greens, fold over or add another tortilla to top. Cook on both sides until cheese is melted.   Serve with salsa and sour cream.
