Radish Butter

For a great appetizer try this easy recipe:

½ cup butter soften at room temperature

½ cup sliced radishes

½ teaspoon of lemon juice

Cream the butter in a food processor. Add radishes and lemon juice and pulse just enough to chop the radishes up. Serve on pumpernickel, rye, or other hearty grain bread. Radish butter should be served warm. If you refrigerate, it should be brought to room temperature and stirred to incorporate any moisture.
