Rutabaga Mash

Wash and chop a large rutabaga (1-2 pounds) into large chunks. Boil until tender but not mushy, about 15-20 minutes. Let cool, then add 1-2 Tbs butter, a spalsh of milk, and salt and pepper to taste.
